Car rental agencies often have special deals for customers or organizations.Another way to save is book the smallest car you can offer. Odds are you will get a free upgrade to a bigger one because that’s what most rental agencies have in stock.Before you leave a rental agency, inspect the rental car with an agent for any nicks or dents, especially the left and right lights. That way you would not be charged for them upon your return.

The most important thing for take back the rented car is gas it up or you will be  expect to pay two to three times the going rate. Be aware, some agencies have tightened the return window and only allow a 30-minute grace period.
